Shipping Origin and Destination:
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom to delivery addresses within France.
Shipping and Processing Times:
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding UK public holidays.
- Shipping Time (Express Shipping):
- A flat rate of €10.00 EUR is applied to all Express Shipping orders.
- Delivery time is estimated to be 4 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date of shipment.
- Therefore, the total estimated time for delivery from order placement is 5 to 8 business days.
Order Cut-off Time:
- The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT).
- Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
